The Visakhapatnam or the Vizag highway to Araku valley. is located 114 km from Visakhapatnam, close to the Odisha state border. The Anantagiri and Sunkarimetta Reserved Forest which are part of Araku Valley, are rich in biodiversity.

This route is 114 km ride from the costal bank of Vizag to the slightly more terrestrial route towards the Araku Valley. This distance can be cover roughly in 3 hours (depending on traffic and road conditions.

Araku is a place to relax and enjoy nature along with your motorcycle. If you have time you can ride ahead 15 KM to Chaparai to see the water passing over rocky slopes. At Araku you must see Borra caves.
